1.1. "Affiliates" means (i) a controlling party of; (ii) a subsidiary of; or (ii) a party under common control with PT Grand Outlet Bali.
1.2. "Application" means a web portal which We developed as an electronic platform to (i) provide Information regarding Tenants within The Grand Outlet's property; (ii) manage Loyalty Points; and/or (iii) support other functions necessary for the operation of the Malls ecosystem.
1.3. "Customer”, “You”, “Your” means any party registered as a user of the Application to use the Services provided in the Application.
1.4. "Loyalty Points" means a promotional credits earned by providing Us with information regarding Your transaction with Our tenants.
1.5. "Personal Information" means any information regarding Yourself that may be identified and collected through the Application, including but not limited to: Your name, address, date of birth, and occupation (if You are an individual), corporate data and identity documents (if You are a legal entity), phone number, e-mail address, permits and/or similar documents, and any other information which may identify You as a user of the Application.
1.6. "Terms of Use" means the terms and conditions, standard operating procedures, or any other provisions relating to each Application developed by The Grand Outlet and/or its Affiliates (as applicable), and which may be amended or added from time to time by The Grand Outlet and/or its Affiliates;
1.7. "We", “Us”, “Our” means PT Grand Outlet Bali, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and/or its Affiliates.
1.8. "Website" means Our website at www.grandoutletbali.com or any other website developed by Us to support Our ecosystem.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1. We collect specific Personal Information from You to facilitate the Application to perform its function whether for the use of Services (if You are a Customer), for managing service provisions (if You are a service provider), or for other functions essential to supporting the Services ecosystem. This Personal Information may be provided directly by You, for example, when You register or sign up as a user of the Application, or it may be collected automatically as You use the Application.
2.2. When You visit the Website, the Website administrator may process technical data such as Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the web pages You have visited, the internet browser that You use, the web pages You previously/subsequently visited, and the duration of each visit/session which enable Us to send website functions. In addition, Your browser may prompt You to activate Your geo-location settings to enhance Your experience with the Website and/or Application. Using this technical data, the Website administrator can manage and improve the Website, for example, by resolving technical issues and enhancing the accessibility of certain features. This helps ensure that You can easily and swiftly access the information available on the Website.
2.3. Information that You provide directly.
2.4. When registering with the Application, You will be required to provide Us with specific Personal Information pursuant to the Terms of Use required by each type and function of the Application.
2.5. When You use the Application to use or manage a Services, You may provide Us with relevant information, for example, if You are a Customer, this may include the types of Services, the location where the information query occurred, and/or the total transaction amount, or, if You are a Tenant, this may include order data, data related to Loyalty Points management, the transaction amount for Services, and other data that supports the Services ecosystem. When You use or access Our Application, We will also process Your technical data, such as, Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, internet device identity (ID) or media access control (MAC) address, and information regarding the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device that You use to access the Application.
2.6. In connection with the Loyalty Points facility which may be available in the Application, We will collect information relating to transactions made by You, including but not limited to the number of points transacted through the Loyalty Points facility.
2.7. Information which We collect when You use the Application.

2.9. A cookie is a small data file placed in Your browser on Your internet device. Cookies allow the features of the Application and/or Website that You access to save information and remember Your actions and preferences from time to time.

2.11. We use cookies for several purposes, for example, We use them to remember Your safe search preferences, to help You to use the Services (if You are a Customer), to manage the Services (if You are a service provider), and to help protect Your data.
3. THE USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
3.1. We use Your e-mail address, name, phone number, and/or account password to verify Your ownership of an account in Our Application, to communicate with You in connection with the use or management of the Services, and to provide You with information regarding the Application. We may also use Your name, email address, and phone number to send messages, general updates of the Application, special offers, or promotions. Additionally, We may send You an email inviting You to subscribe to Our mailing list. You may choose to opt out of receiving such updates at any time.
3.2. We use the Customer's geo-location and destination information to (i) find tenants information available in the Customer's surrounding area, and (ii) analyse the Application's usage patterns to improve the Application's performance.
3.3. We use Your Personal Information entirely to analyse the Application's usage patterns. You hereby agree that Your data may be processed through Our internal data processing system to help ensure the optimal functionality of the Application to You.
4. SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
4.1. We may engage or cooperate with third party companies and individuals to facilitate and support the development of the Application and certain Services for us and/or on Our behalf, to, among others (i) provide Costumer support; (ii) provide geo-location information; (iii) perform Services relating to the Website (including but not limited to maintenance, database processing, web analysis, and Website feature enhancements); (iv) assist Us in analysing the use and development of the Application and Services; or (v) to assist Our professional advisor or external auditor, including legal advisor, financial advisor, and other consultants. These third parties will have access to Your Personal Information only to perform those tasks for Us and/or on Our behalf, and the third parties are contractually bound not to disclose or use Your Personal Information for any other purposes.
4.2. We will not share Your Personal Information with any party other than to the related tenants (if You are a Customer), Customer (if You are a tenant), and the third parties, without Your consent. However, We may disclose Your Personal Information to the extent it is required by law, or required to comply with the provisions of the laws and regulations, government authority, or in case of a dispute, or any form of legal proceeding between You and Us, or between You and other user in connection with, or relating to the Services, or in an emergency situations relating to Your health and/or safety.
4.3. Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, used, and processed in a jurisdiction outside of Indonesia, where Our servers or service providers are located.
4.4. We may remove certain parts of Your Personal Information which may identify You, thereby rendering the Personal Information anonymous. The anonymous Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties for purposes including Application development, database management, and analysis or improvement of the Services. We may also combine Your Personal Information with other information in a way that the Personal Information can no longer be associated with You, and disclose the combined information to third parties for the abovementioned purposes.
4.5. We will not sell or lease Your Personal Information to any third party.
5. SECURITY
The confidentiality of Your data and Personal Information is the most important matter for Us. We will make Our best efforts and take appropriate measures to protect and secure Your data and Personal Information. However, We cannot fully guarantee that Our system are completely impenetrable to virus, malware, disruption, or extraordinary events, including unauthorized access by third parties. You must not disclose Your account password to anyone and must always maintain the security of the device You use.
6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

7. MISCELLANEOUS
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. This Privacy Policy shall be regulated and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of South Jakarta.

7.2. This Privacy Policy is presented in English.
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONSENT
8.1. By using the Application, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and You agree and accept to the use, practice, processing, and transfer of Your Personal Information by Us as set out in this Privacy Policy.
8.2. You also represent that You are entitled to share all of the information You have provided to Us and to grant Us the authority to use and share such information with the tenants (if You are a Customer), or Customer (if You are a tenant) to support and facilitate the functioning of the Application.
9. REVOCATION OF CONSENT AND DELETION
Unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, You may revoke Your consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of Your Personal Information, and/or request the deletion of Your Personal Information, in accordance with the requirements and procedures set forth by the relevant laws and regulations. Revocation of consent and deletion of Your Personal Information, in whole or in part, may result in Your inability to use Our Application and/or Website. You hereby acknowledge and understand the consequences of revoking consent and/or deleting Your Personal Information.
10. E-MAIL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
